we have 100 plus Yealinks T26-T28 and we are in need to edit the templates to change a label , right now after the phone is provisioned it shows the extension number on the screen and we want it to show the Users Name instead , it will be very helpful if someone could provide the steps to change the way , i could follow the steps here http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/phone-provisioning-templates/ but that doesn't explain how to accomplish the change i want
