Editing the fax html email template

Hello,

Does anyone know where the HTML template is for the email that is sent to users when they receive a fax? The standard one is very close to looking like a spam email to our users, with the only real exception being the attachment is a .pdf instead of a .zip. So we would like to customize it, but I don't see any place in the admin console, and am not sure where to look in the file system.
