I couldn't solve the #2032. Tried all methods online and via this forum.
So I went ahead and decompiled the elastix-conference-video.swf. Below are the codes extracted and these links are no longer available.
If you refer here http://forums.adobe.com/message/4481536, Adobe only stores swz and no longer swf.
I seriously can't find a way to resolve this. Could elastix developer look into this and recompile a new swf so it will work for everyone on elastix 2.3?

Instead, I believe we should use links like below:-
