I am looking to have email notification when the client disconnects call at IVR, could someone help me to configure this in my 3cx.

I saw miss call notification when call disconnect after ring at extension. But I need notification when the client disconnect call while paying IVR.

We have 3cx 16.0 which installed on Debian OS.

In the absence of any way of doing this directly from 3CX, I do know that you can do it using CDRs. For example the v3.2.1 release of CallSequitur can send a fully customisable email body when a CDR containing a certain trigger condition is received. So for example I think what you want to trigger on is (using 3CX CDR terminology) when the FromType='Line', the ToType='IVR' but there is no FinalNumber (i.e. call didn't go anywhere after IVR).

There are some pre-requisites to doing this with CallSequitur:
You can't be using 3CX CDRs for any other purpose
You need to set up 3CX CDR generation in the correct format for CallSequitur
You need a Windows PC to run CallSequitur with IP connectivity to 3CX
You must have access to a SMTP server (can't use the 3CX server, must be independent - e.g. smtp.gmail.com with appropriate username/app password)

Alas the user documentation for v3.2.1 hasn't caught up with the code yet... Real Soon Now...!

Thanks, Cjay for the reply. I am not much technically sound for this complex setup. Can we have a simple configuration in 3CX.
I receive a call notification on miss call. But I Need if call disconnect before the ring, I mean disconnect at IVR playing ie Press 1 for sales, Press 2 for HR, press 3 for Customer service etc.
Before press any option if the Customer disconnect the call, then needed an email notification that has client call back number as well.

If i'm not wrong, this doesn't exist in 3CX for now on IVRs but Qs have notifications

As @aws2p confirms, there doesn't yet seem to be any way of sending email directly from 3CX for a call dropped whilst in IVR. If the complexity of setting up email is a step too far for you, then there is also the option within CallSequitur of defining IVR dropped calls as a 'custom' type and then viewing these as a live scrolling list in near realtime. However you do still need to set up CDRs and configure the program....
