Emergency call notification plays wrong audio file on 18 B1880

Hello,

I just installed V18, Build 1880 and tried the notification audio file, which is played (on our yealink T58), when somebody has called an emergency number.
Unfortunately, the preinstalled file "empty" is beein played instead of my uploaded voice audio file.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

And you're dialing of the numbers you configured in that section, right? It doesn't detect it automatically.

Yes, it gets triggered, but just plays the wrong file.

Are you sure it is "empty.wav" playing, or could it be that your WAV file is playing, but just no audio is reaching the phones? How have you checked which file is being played?


Have you tried setting a different file in the Notifications, pressing OK, then trying again?

Also, what destination have you set the Emergency Call Notifications to dial, a specific extension, a Ring Group, Paging Group?

I can hear music, and it is the same, that comes, when I play the empty.wav which is preinstalled.
Yes, tried different ones.

If when you call an Emergency Number, the configured Extension/Ring Group rings, and when you answer, you hear music, then I am fairly sure it is not the "empty.wav" file that is playing.
The default "empty.wav" file contains literally half a second of no audio. If when you manually play the "empty.wav" file using a audio playback program, you hear music, you have done something with the files of your system.

What is this music you are hearing? Is it some file you recognize? E.g. is the Music on Hold you have configured, a audio file you have used in a Queue?
