Emergency call

Hello Everyone
First of all thanks for stopping by and helping out on this. The Sip trunk carrier like to see 11 digits (North America calling) ,so based on that i perpend "1" in add a rule so that extension can dial only 10 digits and system adds 1 automatically and dials out .And second rule i make where i just tell the system to let 11 digits got out and whenever call is made , system dials out with no issues.
Now my questions is that how to insert 911 rule in my situation ?

Are you saying that the last rule you posted, does not work with your provider? It looks to be correct. Test it, if you haven't done so. In some cases, you may want to send a single caller ID for emergency calls, showing the main office number.

Just be sure to stay on the line and let them know you are doing a test.

I would strongly advice to use the dedicated section of the PBX for emergency calls to set up 911 rules.
You can find that under Settings / General /Emergency numbers.

Thanks for the input,I haven't tested the rule yet. I wanted the opinion first.i ll make a test call.
