Emergency Numbers offloaded to GSM dialer. Cannot find the setting.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 up to date with latest OS (Build Number : G973FXXSGHWC2)
3CX App on Version 18.1.3.135

I cannot set the setting for 'Emergency Numbers offloaded to GSM diale' in Settings > Accounts or in Settings > Advanced for "Emergency Numbers offloaded to GSM dialer"

In this 3CX blog it states it's been added:

This was Feb 2022. I can see it on my iPhone 3CX app, but I cannot see this feature in the 3CX app settings.

Can anyone help out and let me know where this setting is located.

Firstly could you confirm that your android device has a sim card installed?

If so, please wait for the next release that we are currently in the process of rolling out which might fix your issue.

Yes, how silly of me!

This is a test device and it does not have a SIM!

I will try it on another Android with a SIM.
