Emergency Numbers - Slow Interface

Is there a better way to bulk enter emergency numbers in version 16.0.5.612? I've got around 1500 entries to make. I created a macro to do the manual entering / clicking in but found the webpage gets very slow after about 800 entries since there's no paging for it. Right now I've got a 2 minute delay between entries and it's taking forever. It's for a K12 school so each room has a DID setup for 911 call back and location.
