Is it possible to remotely change another user's status using buttons on your phone?
The task is as follows: the secretary must remotely change the status of certain employees from “Available” to “Do Not Disturb” and back again using a telephone buttons (if possible).
As a last resort, this can be done via a web client.
Has anyone implemented this?
P.S. We tried adding employees to a group and assigning the secretary the role of “Receptionist.” When we set up the *3 xxxx or *60 xxxx buttons for the secretary, we get the message “No action performed.”
