Enable Call Journaling

Hello,
i can't understand if i can pass the "contactid" variable from general settings to the call journaling. Can i use [contactid]?

I have also problem with Datetime variable... will not be in the local time. Alawys +1 when on my CRM. How can i see if the problem is the output on 3cx or my CRM?

Any output generated during contact lookup is available in Call Journaling. So for example, if you generate the following ouput:

        <Output Type="ContactEntityId" Value="[ContactId]" />

Then you can use it during Call Journaling as follows:
[Contact::ContactId]

Regarding the date and time, you have variables that will give you the information in local time zone or UTC time zone. You can choose which one to use. Here is the full list of variables:
