Enable pay numbers

Hello,
is it possible to enable few pay numbers like (800, 199). And if is possible, it is possible just enable for few users?

I dont know what a pay number is.. But you can customise outbound rules so that certain users/groups can dial out certain numbers.

However, if they're system extensions or the same extension length as your PBX you would need to specify an outbound rule to say something like this:

users would have to dial 9800 or 9199 to get past calling local extensions, the rule would strip the first digit (9)

Make sure this rule is high up the order list.
