Enabled Restrictions for Disable External Call

I have a 3CX on-premises installation v18.0 (Build 418) linux. It seems that sometimes, i don't know how, restrictions enabled Disable External Calls. This happens only on the same extension. Could anyone know how it can happen without any changes on web administration panel?

Hi @itn,

The option "Disable External Calls" is automatically enabled for the extension if the extension has set up specific office hours from the Web Client and has also enabled the option "Disable outbound calls outside office hours".
