"Endpoint manager" add-on/plugin for 3CX?

We're needing to provision phones but with multiple extensions per phone across multiple remote sites and we're accomplishing that right now using multiple custom templates which are, frankly, a pain in the butt to modify but we're making it work.

Any thoughts on having a endpoint manager-type plugin or app, like FreePBX, to ease phone provisioning?

I'm struggling a bit to understand your setup / needs from your description. Do you mean hot-desking (multiple extensions per endpoint)?

Office 1 has 6 phones with 6 extensions in a ring group. We needed a group voicemail box so we rigged up a dummy extension with voicemail. If calls to office 1 were unanswered, the call would be passed to the group voicemail box.

Office 2 has 5 phones with 5 extensions in a separate ring group. Similar voicemail requirement, so another dummy extension for voicemail was created.

I want to easily provision phones to have extensions for office 1, office 2, voicemail_office1, and voicemail_office2, and combinations thereof without needing to mess with multiple custom templates.

Please note that this is currently not possible with auto provisioning from 3CX as only one account is supported per device. If you need multiple accounts per device you will need to either manually set them up or use custom templates.
