I am running 3CX v16.0.504
I require a way or workaround for users belonging to a single user group to ensure the use of billing codes. This is a necessity from a billing standpoint. Agents must be billed for their outbound calls. The way I see it, for now, is that entering a billing code is optional. We cannot have this in our business environment as it causes a loss to the business.
Does anyone have any ideas?
