Error(13) this machine is on public ip please check the faq

Hi there:

I am new in this progrma, I am installing the PBX in windows 2003 SBS, I have vonage as a VOIP provider but when I test the firewall to see if all ports are open it says me Error (13) this machine is on public ip please check the faq, I did not find anything in FAQ. Can you help me with thi issue?

are you on public ip? if yes then no need to test since all ports are already open.
