I was not able to receive test emails. When testing with the 3CX Test Server, Error 5.7.0 showed.

The public IP is not changeable as this was already assigned when Deploying the Cloud Instance, as well as the public IP this was also created on its own. How can I get this to work with the 3CX SMTP Server? I can't assign a static unless I change the VM instance behind the scenes with google.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you just move the instance or perhaps made a typo in the static IP? 3CX SMTP is IP authenticated so this typically happens when the SMTP attempt comes from a different IP than what 3CX says it is using.

The error you are getting means that the IP the SMTP server is seeing is not the same as the one our activation server has. Switch your PBX to Dynamic mode in your network settings and restart your services. That should update the activation server with your current IP.

The PBX is in dynamic mode. I have also checked with Google Cloud Platform. The IP address is correct.

Did you try restarting the services?

Several times under (Dashboard --> Services (highlighted all the services, and clicked restart)
