Error call when use extension call to internal SIP

Hi All,

I need support. when I use extension to call a SIP number in the system, the call fails, and all subsequent calls fail. I have to restart service for the call work.

Log 503 Transport failure DNS.

3CX v18.0 Update 4 Build 965 on windows server 2016.

Was this working previously?
Does your SIP provider trunk show as registered?
Are you able to receive incoming calls?
Internal calls work correctly?

Instead of me calling extension internally I call to a SIP number. This causes all external calls to fail.
SIP trunk registered.
Only external calls fails, do not receive incoming calls.
