Error in viewing the status of extensions in version 20, the extensions are registered and working but the system does not see them and shows them as not registered.
Have you ever noticed this?

If you are referring to users unregistered and using webclients, then in version 20, the webclients use push, which requires them to be enabled for notifications. You can do this with either of the 3 options below:

1. Press the bell icon at the top left of the webclients, and allow the notifications that appear unregistered.

2. You can also check from the browser settings by clicking the icon below next to the URL

3. Try this: If you have missed the bell icon, you can add it manually by pasting the URL below into the browser.

chrome://settings/content/notifications?search=notification

In the section above, add the URL to the web client. This will then show the users as registered.

Point of clarification...is that on each web client (all PCs)? Or the person looking at the list?

This relates to all users on all computers using the webclients, including the user utilizing the webclient to view them, as the others will see them as unregistered if not.

OK thanks, I've seen this question a few times recently in various places but haven't run into it myself.
