Error message: license_error.HttpsErr_InvalidTrustedStorage

We have renewed the 3CX license, when clicking on Refresh button on the server, we got license_error.HttpsErr_InvalidTrustedStorage error message.

Can someone explain what went wrong?

I know there was an issue with certificate https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/update-8b/

Are you able to update?

can't update anymore because system thinks it is expired

Officially you need to backup and reinstall v20 then.

You might be able to do an apt update though (unsupported)

You are pretty much between a rock and a hard place with this one. In order to be able to activate build 35 would be required.

We did warn about this previously:

If you are not on Build 35 then you will have to migrate over to Version 20 in order to get the system up and running again to its fullest potential.
