Error : "Method Not Allowed" while sending message

Hi,
I am using 3cx PBX and two SIP phone (3cx SIP phone & X-lite).
the line status of both the phones is showing registered but when i will try to send the message from either i will get the message "Method Not Allowed". Is there any setting for the same.
