Hello,
I try to migrate my NFR instance (self-hosted on azure) to hosted by 3CX.
During the migration i have the error :"Error in XML file. RequestCode = 'OperatorEmail': Invalid reply."
Type d’hébergement : 3CX
Hébergeur : DigitalOcean (NFR)

Now in my customer webpage / key i can see for my NFR KEY:
Deployment: Not Deployed ( [Deploy to Hosted] )

I use this intance so i try to reboot the Azure VM, all is fine on here if i connect by IP but the FQDN : mycompany.3cx.fr not updated.

How can i do to get this instance work back (update the fqdn ... ) ?

Hi,

PBX during installation needs the email of the Operator Extension which usually is the first extension you create.
Now on your case the extension you have setup as Operator does not have email address on the General Tab of this extension.
Place the correct email of the user in this section, take a new backup and you will not face this issue again.
In order to get you public ip to change in our dns servers you need to navigate to Settings > Network and switch to use 'Dynamic Public IP (IP changes)' Then restart services ofthe PBX.
Then wait 20 minutes and go back and switch back to ' Static Public IP' and again restart services.
This will trigger the FQDN to change the A Record on the Public DNS Servers.
Don't forget that if you have a local DNS cache needs to be cleared up immediately so it wont be stuck on the old A Record.
