We are getting the voice call forbidden by the administrator, Kindly help on this.

May be one of a number of reasons. You might want to check the 3CX Activity Log (Verbose) to see how far the call is getting. Is it even being sent to your provider? There are a few extension settings that will prevent outside calls going through.

Packet capture at the initiation of call.

So it seems to be blocked internally. Check that outside calls are allowed, in the extension settings. Are all extensions having the issue, or just some?

Hi @CNSI-SA

1. Please do not post full capture in a public forum. Captures contain a lot of sensitive information which should not be shared publicly.
2. Please update your PBX to the latest supported version.
3. Please use a supported provider. Your captuer shows that the error originates from a local device in your network. I am guessing a local provider box or a gateway perhaps? Either way your Invite to that device does not look right.
I would recommend using a supported provider to avoid these issues in the future.

What has IP 10.0.53.102? Who is your provider?

10.0.53.102 is from the class A private address range. ie: it can only be used internally within one's own network and it is not routable in the public internet. Just like the 192.168.x.x LAN subnet found commonly in consumer routers.

checking the logs of the called device would give some clue as to why it is rejecting the call. in my case, the device did not register successfully as a trunk with the 3CX PBX. if u're cutting/pasting passwords from 3CX to the device, i will check that the highlighted area and do a test paste into notepad to see that it captured the password correctly.
