Error timeout

Hello,

I have installed 3cx 14 on windows 8.1 64x i creat connection local but on iphone work like that on hook and every thing aprox fine but at the top left on the screen it says
timeout connecting destination not found
and like that but on hook stable while in app if i close it some times they cant call me only when i open it
so please help guys
btw what is the port for public ip cz i am using port forwarding for real ip

I have the same issue. Even with the ports open I am unable to connect. It says on hook but I get a connecting/timeout error when opening the app.
