Error while having outbound calls, ID 12294

Hi all, we have an error of ID 12294 (sip@xxx has failed. (sip ip) replied: 488 Not Acceptable Here [Media Descriptions Syntax error while parsing the SDP];

Sip Trunk provider Myrepublic Singapore, been using it for couple of years without any issue.


Our sip trunk connection is account based and from the web console i can see it's registered.

Contacted my sip trunk provider and they mentioned from their end they checked and they are actually seeing our Public IP being connected and established.
What other option i can do since ID 12294 is to contact SIP trunk provider?

- Outbound from Desk Snom phone fail
- Inbound to Desk Snom phone and between EXT no issue

Hi @DLM_

If the error is coming from your provider then its up to them to tell you what they don't like.
I would advise however to use a 3CX supported provider that is being tested and we know works with the provided template
