Error with 3cx assistant and outlook

hello,

3cx assistant won't log on to outlook. the pug in don't work.

the error message is "Impossible de créer un réceptue r de canal pour connexion à l’URL ‘/outlookserviceprovider’ un canal approprié n’a probablement pas été inscrit" in french or in english "can't create recept canal for connexion to URL /outlookserviceprovider, an appropriated canal can't be write.

ok i found solution.

in domain, you must privilege admin user for the user who want to use 3cx assistant, during installation. After you can downgrade user to restricting privilège.
