Escene ES290N IP Phone setup in 3CX

Hi all:

I have one Escene ES290N IP Phone which can show Registered in its Phone Status with 3CX application. However, I cannot have this phone shows as Registered Phone in the 3CX Phone page of the 3CX application.

The phone is not in the 3CX phone support list. I just selected anyone of the phone in the current list to do ADD PHONE function. May I know anyone out there can help on this?

For your information, this IP Phone supports SIP and it has web page to do setup.

The 3CX Activity log should provide some clues as to why the set is not registering.

Hi Tangsuan,

I use Escene WS290 Series in my office. I found same problem. Escene cant registered to 3CX 15.5 in my datacenter. But i fix it by install 3CX SBC in my office.
