It depends on the time it says by the looks of it. My first test with a fresh queue is "please hold, an agent will be with you shortly" and then theres "the estimated wait time is". You'd have to go in to verbose mode and see in the logs whats played (if this possible? I imagine it is)

there is no prompts says something with estimated time and the comfort prompts its something else

I think he wants to know which prompts are used from the prompt set to make up the wording

we want to localize the prompts for this option so I need to know the exact prompts in 3CX for it
