Estimating 3CX on Azure

I'm glad that I can now take the '3CX Express' to setting up 3CX on Azure, but I haven't deployed it yet and first need to do some Azure cost estimates. I'm not sure what products the Express solution will select/configure for me (or if I'll be able to adjust them). Can anyone provide some details on what Azure products 3CX Express will automatically select and configure?
So far I'm figuring it will include:
-Virtual Machine with CPU/RAM (obviously)
-Virtual Network
-IP Address

..or any thoughts on how to estimate number of transaction units (billable per-disk-access charges in Azure) for 3CX systems?
