Event ID: 50011 - SSL Certificate : License key is hosted but change IP request received from non-hosted VM

Hi,

We've been receiving this error for a month, and yesterday was the last day of the certificate. (I was made aware today of this problem)
This 3CX was setup as "hosted" in last September and never installed on-premise. The complete error message received is:

SSL certificate has been failed for my3cxinstanceName.3cx.ca - Error:

IpUpdater.FqdnGenerationException: Error creating FQDN: License key is hosted but change IP request is received from non-hosted VM

at PostInstall.CertificateGenerator.ProcessCertificatesDirectory(String directory, Boolean temporaryCertificateGenerated, Int32 regenerateNotSelfSignedCertificatesFrom, Int32 regenerateNotSelfSignedCertificatesTo, PhoneSystem ps, Int32 regenerateCertificateExiredInDays, UInt16 sipPort, UInt16 tunnelPort, Nullable`1 httpPort, Nullable`1 httpsPort, Boolean isPassiveFailoverMode, Boolean enableDnsHelper)

The system is up to date and in version 20.
Does anybody have a suggestion?
