Eventlog 30051 : Format required

Hello,
The eventlog documentation (https://www.3cx.com/docs/event-log/) explains for code 30051 that :

This is a problem when the Source is not trusted.
3CX expects SIP call traffic to come from a certain IP Address and with a certain format and fails to satisfy 3CX checks. For security purposes 3CX will not allow this request and show this message.

Do you know the IP address and precise SIP format required by 3CX when the SIP trunk is configured with :

• registrar : example.org (which record will 3CX try to resolve, also ?)
• proxy : example.org
• auth : IP-Based

Did you use an SMB Licence? IP Auth is not working here.
