I posted this in the Yealink section and wanted to get feedback from the users in the On-Premise sub forum.

Experiencing an odd issue at a remote location. We have an on-premise 3CX server running version 18. These remote phones (using a T46U SBC) have an odd problem where any incoming call (external or internal) causes the phone to ring such that the end user can only pick it up every other ring. During the "silence" between each ring, the phones screen goes back to the home screen. Essentially, the screen of the phone is flashing, during ringing it shows the incoming call, but during the small silence between rings it shows the home screen.
All phones are running the latest firmware and have been reprovisioned. I'm not sure what else to check.

This behavior seems like there is a call redirection, this also occur if you make an direct internal call?

I'm being told this is only happening when an external call is coming inbound. I'm being told that the call will ring on the physical twice, then the phone will go back to the "home screen", then it will ring twice, and so on. I'm being told that this single call will show up as multiple calls each time the cycle completes itself.

This is a loop which you need to identify.
Have you run a capture to check the call?

Are you indicating that this loop is occurring at this remote location, or at the location with our PBX?
