Can anyone from 3CX enlighten me as to what this message (as per title of this post) means?

It's only started since I upgraded my RPi4 install from v16 to v18 (18.0.1880). The message appears in the activity log and is timed exactly at the moment that an outgoing call is answered (every O/G call that is answered gets this activity log entry)
My system passes the firewall test and is working fine in every respect. Before anyone asks though, both trunks that are used for outgoing calls are of the unsupported variety  - so I only want to understand the significance of this message as I'm not in a position to change the trunks.

If my memory serves me correctly, this is a handled exception stating that it received a message it cannot provide an answer to.
The key word here is "handled", meaning the software is prepared to deal with it, which clearly it does as the call works normally from what you are saying.

Normally these kind of error are "hidden" as to not cause panic, this one obviously must have slipped through.

I'll keep it simple, if you don't have any problems with calls or the audio in calls, then you can safely ignore this line in the log.
