Exception of type 'TCX.PBXAPI.PBXIsNotConnected' was thrown - Hosted 3CX

Hi everyone,

we have a couple of 3CX Hosted PBX's running with this error: Exception of type 'TCX.PBXAPI.PBXIsNotConnected' was thrown (see screenshot)
We get this error when we try to update phones. If we reboot the whole PBX this error is fixed (terminal > reboot), but for still unknown reason this error returns after a while.

Multiple SBC's (5 sites)

I'm wondering if other people experience this problem aswell and if someone found a solution for this.
