My 3CX installation uses Exchange 2010 SP1 UM as a voicemail backend. When I call from "ouside" (I use SIPNET.RU provider) to access my voicemail, Exchange, for sure, wants my extension and PIN to be dialed.
The problem is: SIPNET sends DTMF as "sip info". 3CX re-transmits those packets to the Exchanfe UM host, which seems to ignore them.
Is there any way to transmit DTMF to Exchange UM host as a "rfc2833" packets?
