Experience with DID Logic SIP trunks?

I'm just looking for experiences with DID Logic SIP trunks. I really like their feature set, but the company got terrible reviews on these two review sites...

All the negative reviews seem to relate to poor customer service and raising fees without notice. I'm curious to hear from you all.

No experience with them, but what feature set are you looking for/liking that seems to be worth the possible risk?

we looked into using them as a trunk provider for some of our build outs, we encountered very bad support personnel, and a lack of general understanding on their staff's part of even how trunking works, their configuration also seemed a bit archaic. We found far better options, siptrunk.com for example, we have over 200 trunks with them, and their reliability is very good, setup is very simple. We have been replacing our remaining Appia/Calltower trunks with them on customers systems as the Appia contracts expire.

Right now I'm looking for a 3CX approved provider that is pay as you go.They will just be used as a backup SIP trunk provider. I like the web portal that DID Logic provides.

We have Flowroute right now and it has been awesome. I just need to find another Flowroute to use as a backup SIP trunk.
