Expired Certificates Not Renewing

We have a ny.3cx.us domain the certificate for our installation seems to have expired in December and hasn't been renewed.

I have tried going through and updating the license information: Settings > License > Edit and clicking OK

I have gone to "C:\Program Files\3CX Phone Systems\Bin" and ran PbxConfigTool.exe -renew-certificates

I don't see any changes in the "C:\Program Files\3CX Phone Systems\Bin\nginx\conf\instance1" folder for the dates on the certificates and I still get NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVAILD

Just updated to 18 update 9 build 20. The license expires in May.

If it was earlier than 18u8b before that, it couldn’t talk to 3CX. Wait overnight and see if it renews now.

I believe we were on version 18.0.8.917 before the update. The last certificate was grabbed 9/20/2023 and expired on 12/19/2023
