Explain Myphone too Me

Okay so Ive been working on 3cx these past few weeks as a project and Ive got it all set up. Ive never really messed with the myphone tool much so was wanting some clarification on it.

What is it?
What is it used for?
Is it something you want to give to clients and teach them how to use?
Why use it at all if Clients are going to have hardphones in the 3cx system?

MyPhone is not a softphone, it is a call control and presence management tool. It allows you to monitor other extensions, drag and drop calls, barge, whisper, listen, record, etc all from a simple interface. This is far easier than trying to use dialcodes from you phone that you need to memorize.
