Just a quick one for you today.
In the extension statistic report there is a field for 'unanswered' inbound and outbound, and the totals.
I assume the 'unanswered' field increases by one if a call is coming through a ring group and times out.
But does it also increase by one if the call is answered by somebody else in the same group?
