Hi All,
I have a 3CX v18.0 (Build 461) self-hosted on a Debian visrual machine.
I'm trying to activate the CDR because I need to access to the call log once a day.
In "Reportint -> CDR" I activated "Generate CDR".
If I select "Single file for all calls" or "Separate files for each calls", where I can find (I think into Debian machine) these files? Which path?
Intead, if I want to save these file on a remote Windows machine, how I must configure my system?
"CDR service is a server / Active socket" or "CDR service is a client / Passive socket" ?
And which values I need to put into two fields?
Thanks in advance
Fabio
