Export from a 3cx file to add a new function

Is it possible to download a .cfg file from the 3CX to add a new function to the .cfg file to test something?

As I have seen, you can assign a "provision link" on the Yealink Dect system to the system where it uploads the appropriate config of the 3CX.
Is it possible to customize the .cfg file on the 3CX for a feature extension or not?

Hi,

You could download the CFG from your management console using the prov. link, then edit the file to add the changes, and upload it to the DECT base manually to run your test.

But please be advised that we do not support modifying the file on the 3CX system.
