Solved Export transcription text file

Hello,

Is it possible to export the transcription text file (using SSH) after it has been transcribed by OpenAI? We would like to use Co-Pilot to create a more summarized call transcription where it's also clear what speaker A and what speaker B is saying.

This case can be closed. I found out it's possible to receive a .CSV which we can then use in Co-Pilot and powerBi

We already have a significant and highly flexible integration with OpenAI in our 3CX Recording Manager tool. We provide a web interface where you can ask any question you want about the conversation, separate the conversation (person A and B), facilitate automated agent scoring, and we give you control over who / what calls are analyzed. All the results are saved in SQL so you can query the data directly in Power BI, but maybe you don't need Power BI at all?
