Ext showing as online and registered whilst being disabled

Is there a way I can make this extension go offline?

Currently the app shows as online.

i've disabled the ext and also sbc/tunnel and reset credentials.

I dont want to delete it.

Hi,

It may have "Ring my mobile simultaneously" which will keep it showing green.

..or it may be logged into a Webclient for example
