We are having issues with ext to ext dialing between our two offices. Both offices have a separate gateway to the internet. Ext to Ext dialing works locally at each office just not between the two sites. We are using Nat at each site. I wanted to know if there are any inbound firewall rules we need to have set up in order to get site to site ext dialing working.

Do you have SBCs inplace?

This uses two 3CX installations and a bridge trunk between them?

If you are bridging you should only require the 3CX tunnel port to be forwarded, if you don't have a bridge setup I would get one configured sharpish.

It's unclear but I'm guessing it's a single cloud instance and the two locations have the same subnet. Probably just a matter of enabling PBX delivers audio for the extensions. And if not using a SBC I would install one ASAP
