Extend hdd 3CX Debian (HyperV)

Good day,

We have a customer that uses call recording. They want to keep al the recordings, but after a while the disk is almost full. I've expanded the hdd in HyperV and now I need to expand this within Debian. I've tried multiple things but when you need to choose the volume group, every attempt is wrong.

Is there an manual or something on how to extend the hdd of a debian 3CX server?

No one that has expanded their HDD within the Debian image from 3CX?

Not sure about the debian commands, but it may be easier for you to add a new VHDX instead and change the recording location

I haven't, but this really isn't a 3CX issue. You are probably better off asking in the Debian forums.

Can try, but 3CX delivers the complete image. So I find it strange that there is no documentation as we cannot be the first ones that want to expand the disk size.

Exporting and importing the recordings will take a very long time. So we don't want to re-install 3CX.
