Extension Calls Grandstream to 3cx

Hi,

I had configured 3cx as generic gateway and grandstream as peer sip trunk. Calls are going through and i am able to make extension calls from 3cx to grandstream. But when I try to call an extension on 3cx from grandstream I receive an error message "all circuits are busy now".
I configured a outbound route from grandstream with the same trunk i use to call from 3cx to grandstream.pattern configured is _1XXX . Privillage level is "International". I configured an inbound rule with CID in 3cx as 1000, selected the same trunk used for 3cx & grandstream and destination set to an extn 1000 on 3cx
i receive the message all circuits are busy now
In the trunk i have setup maximum calls to 10
Can you please help me with this

Hi @Vineeth Mohan,

Seems the error is coming from the Grandstream. I suggest checking the activity logs in 3CX and seeing if the calls are reaching the PBX or not, as a start.
