Extension can't call together

I have 3CX PBX (use dynamic public IP) so that i use DynDNS software to update IP for PBX
Now I have 2 extension outside internet, use ADSL line
Problem:
2 the extensions registered to PBX server ok but they can't not call together
i don't know to resolve this problem
Please help me

Hello there and welcome to the forum.

Try set the extensions as external from the configuration of the extension in the PBX.
Let me know what the error is from the server status is this continues

Can you confirm if it is:

Cannot call together, eg have two calls going out at the same time or

Cannot call each other, eg one extension dials the other one.

All Extensions is registered (greenlight) in the Line Status.
When i call from this extension from other, i can't hear any voice until hear interrupt sound
In the Server Status show:
- CallConf::Rejected Call (C:35) is rejected: Destination is not answering
- StratInOut:nCancel Call from Ext.1002 to 1001 has been terminated; reason:
- CallConf:nIncoming Incoming call from Ext.1002 to sip:[email protected]


PBX(Dynamic Public IP)----Internet----|ADSL|-----Extension1002(Private IP)
|
|-------|ADSL|-----Extension 1001(Private IP)
