Solved Extension locked in DPD ? state

Hi

the main operator used the *32 by mistake and locked her phone in a DND ? state, but i can t change the status. i try *30 the system say it 's availbale but the extension is still locked

What brand phone are you using?
Try login to the phone by web browser and see if you can disable it

Hi Saba

Dial the following on the phone * 30 and after this also dial * 60

Also tell the operator to avoid using * 61 in the future, its an old DND mode that is no longer supported. They should only use the *3[0-4] profiles to set DND or just use the button on the device.
