I have a ring group set up with five extensions in it. Four extensions are yealink t27gs and one yealink w60b cordless. All are running the latest firmware. The ring group is configured to use the ring all strategy. When an incoming call rings in, the cordless extension wont ring until after the other extensions part of the group have rang 2-4 times. I am using a sip trunk provider. My firewall checker passes so all port forwarding is configured properly. I've attempted deleting and re creating the ring group but the issue still persists. The system is a cloud hosted AWS if that helps with additional information.

So all sets are remote, but at the same location? If you call the cordless phone directly, is there a delay before ringing? Does it happen if you remove all but one other t27GS sets from the ring group... so just one desk set, and the cordless.

Yes, all the sets are remote and at the same location. I have thought about creating a ring group with just the cordless extension for all main incoming calls and having the destination if no answer go to the ring group with the other extensions. I will test come internal calls to the cordless to see if there is any type of delay. I did also see that there was a later firmware version for the cordless, so that may have a hand in it also.

I guess it comes down to...are the Invites received at the remote network, at (about) the same time, or, is there a delay for that one set, for some reason. If they are all received at the same time, at the remote router, is there some issue, with the particular phone that is causing the delay (slow to respond)? Wireshark might help out here.

Are the sets using STUN, or behind an SBC?
