Extension Status's

Hi guys.

I have a system setup using extension schedules to change the voicemail announcements at different times of the day

Status 1 Available - Call Queue throughout the day
Status 2 away - Lunch and Close of Day

I would like to do 3 status for three different voicemail announcements;

Status 1 Available
Status 2 Away
Status 3 Lunch

Can this be done without using call flow designer.

This is possible with statuses or even exceptions to route calls based on times but you may also consider the new group office hours scheduling.

HI Charles thanks for the reposne.

Currently on the voicemail ext I have Call forwarding switch status enabled. So available will use the available annoucement in the forwarding options and the break settings is set to away. Is there a away to set a third status?

You can set a 3rd status and that is the DND status, which can also be switched to automatically during out-of-office hours, when the extension is set to auto-switch.
