extension wont register

Hello,

I am trying to register an extension on the PBX. I try to assign the number to a phone but nothing happens. Does anyone have any hints? thanks. im using the free version

It's possible that it's any number of things. What type of device is it that you are trying to register? What guide are you using to datafill it? Is it on the same network as the 3CX server? Do you see a registration attempt in the 3CX logs?

Thanks! I am using the 3cx softphone. I am following the user manual to datafill the information. The phones are on the same network as the 3CX server. One is on Virtual PC the other is on the same computer as the 3cx server. This is the phone log:

Why a public IP and not a private one?

Which might be the reason for...

I´m trying to connect my windows 3CX phone from a Remote Location but I cannot do it.. I tried before in different Locations and I didn´t have any trouble, now I am trying with a "new" internet conexion but is not possible to connect, this is the server log:
